The wire going from R6.1 to the top of S2 should actually go to ground. If R7 wasn’t changing the sound, this is why.

We also updated the circuit diagram:

• LFO Out and CV1 are now labeled correctly
• S2 wasn’t drawn incorrectly before; should be OK now

Let us know if anything doesn’t work like you think it should or if you can’t get the sounds shown in the videos! Keep in mind that this is a crazy little circuit and that every knob has a bit of an effect on the other knobs.

Why does the wiring diagram in your main page marked “Diagram V3 6/11/08” show pin 1 of R5 going to ground? There are no less that 3 wiring diagrams on your site and in the forum, which one is correct?

hmmm, R5 is just a 10k in between R6.3 and S2… (this only applies for v1.02 circuit boards). I’m ref this diagram.

There have been a couple updates recently due to some mistakes in the diagram, circuit improvements, slight pcb changes, etc. Stick with whatever has the most recent date, which would be the main page diagrams unless we post something in the forum in the future.
