Found a bug in the instructions (they’ll be changed on the site soon), here is the quick fix. On the wiring diagram, the clock on/off switch is wired to j16, it should instead be wired to j12.

quick question. im building this on a proto board and i saw that on the panel wiring diagram the ground was pin 1 of the pots. on the schematic its pin 3. ?

i think the schematic is wrong, thanks for pointing that out. You want pin 2 (CV out) to be grounded when the pot is all the way to the left, so if pin 1 is as labeled in the wiring diagram, it should be ground. Let us know how it turns out!
