shipping and returns policy
shipping time
We will attempt to ship orders within two business days after the order is received, unless a particular item in the order is marked as having a lead time or other special considerations. If the order cannot be shipped within two business days after being received, we will email within 2 business days after the order to explain the delay, provide an estimate for when the order will ship, and give you the chance to modify or cancel your order.
order cancellation
You may cancel an order as long as it has not been shipped yet by contacting us via the contact form and including your order number, name, address and email address.
tracking and signature confirmation
All orders are shipped with tracking information. Orders over $250.00 (US) require signature confirmation. Tracking information and signature confirmation provide proof of delivery to help reduce fraud.
returns
All returns require a RMA number that can be applied for via this form. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted or refunded. Within 30 days, all unopened, unused and verifiably good-as-new merchandise with original packaging can be returned for a store credit. Credits will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Within 30 days, defective merchandise can be returned for a full refund or store credit, chosen at our discretion. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, although we may offer to cover this cost in some cases (typically ground shipping only).
Merchandise damaged by the customer cannot be returned and will not be refunded. Many of the items we sell are easily damaged by static electricity, excessive heat (from soldering incorrectly, for example), or improper use. Unfortunately, it is difficult if not impossible to determine whether some merchandise is delivered defective or damaged by the customer. We will attempt to give customers the benefit of the doubt, but will maintain records to prevent abuse. In some cases, refund approval will depend on inspection after the item is returned.
Complete instructions for returning merchandise will be supplied upon receipt of a valid RMA number. In all cases, the use of adequate packaging, insurance, and a trackable shipping method are the responsibility of the buyer.
